Your Itinerary:
SUNDAY:
From home, we collect you with our Door to Door Service and join our tour coach. From here we make our way to our ferry crossing from South Wales to Rosslare and on to our hotel, the Riverside Park Hotel in Enniscorthy for five nights.
MONDAY: A morning visit to Waterford Crystal, where our guided tour uncovers the ancient art of mould making and with skilled craftsmen flawlessly creating some of the world’s finest crystalware. Afterwards, discover Waterford, where the city’s famous Viking Triangle houses a number of museums and notable landmarks, depicting the thousand-year history of the city.
TUESDAY: Today we tour through the Wicklow Mountains to reach the “fair city” of Dublin, the capital of Ireland. We begin with a guided tour to discover the history, myths and stories of this vibrant city before enjoying time at leisure to explore at your own pace.
WEDNESDAY: A half-day visit today as we visit the Dunbrody Famine Ship, experiencing life as a famine emigrant aboard this full-scale replica of an 1840’s vessel. Afterwards, we spend a short time in nearby New Ross before the afternoon is free in Enniscorthy.
THURSDAY: To the charming ancient city of Kilkenny today, where we board the land train for a fun and informative tour of the landmarks with commentary and song. Once acquainted, explore at your own pace with many traditional bars and the majestic Kilkenny Castle to uncover.
FRIDAY: We take the early morning ferry from Rosslare, returning to South Wales and continuing homeward, concluding with our Door to Door Service back to your front door.
