Lyn Arnold launches the new Autumn & Festive brochure collection during agency visits across Essex and Hertfordshire.
Grand UK Holidays' Trade Manager, Lyn Arnold, was spreading festive cheer across the high street yesterday as she visited travel agency partners to officially launch the new programme.
In a moment that perfectly captured the spirit of the season, Lyn donned a fabulous Christmas hat despite temperatures soaring on one of the hottest and sunniest days of the year, bringing plenty of smiles and conversation to agents and customers alike.
The roadshow saw Lyn calling in on valued trade partners including Hays Travel’s Ian and team in Harlow, Flitch Travel Independent branch, and Premier Travel Bishop Stortford, where she caught up with Julia and her team to showcase the latest collection of autumn breaks, festive getaways and Christmas holiday experiences available from Grand UK Holidays.
The visits provided an opportunity to discuss the strong demand for UK and Ireland touring holidays, our Gold luxury product, Good Companions holidays, share product updates and ensure Travel Agents were among the first to receive the new brochures.
Adding an unexpected highlight to the day, Lyn also bumped into one of Grand UK's regular travellers, Peter, who was delighted to see a familiar face from the company while out and about. The chance meeting was a reminder of the strong and loyal relationships Grand UK Holidays has built with both its travel agent partners and loyal customers over many years.
