Beautiful British Destinations Make The Guardians 2018 Hotlist

10 January 2018

The Guardian have released their list of top places to visit in 2018 and we are thrilled that there are so many British destinations, including our home county, Norfolk. Other destinations include Uganda, Toronto, Russia, Scottish Highlands, the Seychelles, Paris, Fez and many more.

The eagerly anticipated list is well-respected amongst travel experts, recommending 40 cities, regions or whole countries that you should visit, based on their scenery, wildlife, culture and new things that will be taking place this year.

There were a total of 6 British destinations in the list with the Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Liverpool, Newcastle and Dundee joining Norfolk on the hotlist.

If you’d like to start ticking off these fantastic places from your 2018 travel list, we have just the solution. See below for a range of holidays heading to these spectacular destinations!

The Norfolk coastline is full of wonderful wildlife, just ready for you to discover and Norwich is a thriving cultural city that is renovating Dragon Hall to become the hub for the Unesco City of Literature. Find the perfect holiday to this ‘Fine City’ here.

We have a vast array of holidays to the beautiful Isle of Wight, affectionately known as the Diamond Isle. Find out why it has such a nickname for yourself.

Liverpool is in for a fantastic year with the eagerly anticipated exhibition of the Chinese Terracotta Warriors! Book your tour today to see this awe-inspiring bit of history.
