The 46,052 tonne Magellan with her wide corridors and stairways, and expansive deck areas with traditional wood type decking in many areas, exudes a real feeling of spaciousness, combined with friendly service, stylish entertainment and delicious cuisine.
Accommodation - Accommodating up to 1250 guests Magellan has eight passenger decks, serviced by eight lifts. There is a large selection of well appointed cabin accommodation with a wide selection of inner and ocean view cabins across standard, superior and premium choices. Deluxe category options are priced generally according to position, size and the facilities available, The more spacious higher graded Junior, De Luxe and Royal suites have the added benefit of a sitting area and balcony.
Dining & Entertainment - Magellan offers dining options at the impressive Waldorf and Kensington Restaurants which have two sittings or as an alternative experience, the more informal and stylish Raffles Bistro. There are extensive lounge areas including the Magellan Main Show Lounge with big show entertainment & cabarets, the elegant Captain’s Club, Scotts Bar - an ideal spot for the night owls - or the relaxing Palm Garden with wonderful ocean views.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION It is a condition of booking a cruise that you have adequate travel insurance before departing. • Grand UK Tour Managers do not escort these cruises • Grand UK has a small allocation of cabins on these cruises and they are not exclusively for the over 55s. Both vessels operate as adult only cruise ships and do not accept anyone under the age of 16. It is important that you are fit and healthy to embark on a cruise holiday and your attention is drawn to section 12 of our Booking Conditions. Full British Passports are required for all cruises • Optional shore excursions, personal expenditure such as drinks, laundry, communication and medical fees are not included • According to international custom in the hospitality industry, tipping is accepted as recognition of good service. For your greater convenience the ships operate an automatic tipping system so instead of worrying how much and when to tip, an amount of £5.00 per person per night (£4.00 per person per night for cruises over 16 nights) will be debited to your onboard account. TRAVEL INFORMATION: For all our ocean cruises we have introduced a convenient home pick-up service from your home address to from the UK port. Transfer is by coach, mini-bus or taxi and is only available from addresses located in the south east of England, some parts of the Midlands and from one address per booking.
