Sunday: Make your own way to one of our featured regional airports and board your flight to Cork. On arrival our representative will be on hand to greet you and transfer you to our overnight hotel, where you will meet your Tour Manager and fellow travellers to relax and enjoy your first night in Ireland.

Monday: This morning to the picturesque town and yachting haven of Kinsale – typical of the colour and memories that await on this tour. We continue this afternoon through the picturesque south west of Ireland, by the shores of Bantry Bay to reach Killarney for a three night stay.

Tuesday: A real treat in store today with a full day tour of the glorious ‘Ring of Kerry’, one of the finest areas of natural beauty in Europe and every village we see is steeped in Gaelic folklore.

Wednesday: A day at leisure to explore Killarney. Perhaps take a traditional jaunting car to Muckcross House or simply enjoy the delights of the town.

Thursday: Leaving County Kerry we travel through the peculiar ‘luna landscape’ of The Burren and skirt Galway Bay, to arrive in Galway where the afternoon is free to explore this wonderful city before we continue to our hotel for two nights.

Friday: We tour into the Connemara National Park, a land of mountains, lakes and waterfalls, visiting pretty Clifden, ‘capital’ of Connemara, and then Kylemore Abbey, a castellated mansion. Later we travel alongside Killary Harbour, Ireland’s only fjord, before returning via Cong.

Saturday: This morning we continue north to the shores of Donegal Bay, first visiting the seaside town of Bundoran before reaching Belleek for a visit to the famous pottery centre. We continue on to Letterkenny and our hotel for two nights.

Sunday: A half day visit to Derry, a fascinating city famed for its past divisions and where a walk around the city walls is recommended.

Monday: A fabulous full day today as we cross into Northern Ireland and to County Antrim, past the dramatic clifftop Dunluce Castle, to visit the unique Giant’s Causeway and its Visitor Centre. Often referred to as the ‘eighth wonder of the world’ this magnificent coastal feature was created millennia ago, although Irish legend attributes it to the giant Finn MacCool. From here we continue to Belfast and our hotel for the next three nights.

Tuesday: This morning we include a fascinating guided tour of Belfast, before visiting the multi-award winning Titanic Experience, based in the dockyards where this most famous of liners was built.

Wednesday: A day at leisure to explore Belfast at your own pace.

Thursday: Today we return south, passing the Mountains of Mourne and heading to Dublin, Ireland’s capital. We include a guided tour before offering free time this afternoon and then reaching our hotel for one night.

Friday: This morning into the fabric of Irish culture with a visit to the Irish National Stud. Here we discover the thoroughbreds that fuel a national passion, together with the tranquil Japanese Gardens, regarded as Europe’s finest. We continue this afternoon towards Cork for our final two night stay.

Saturday: This morning enjoy time in Cork, Ireland’s second city. The old English Market, a tradition since 1610, is well worth a visit together with the giant three spires of St. Finbarr’s Cathedral. This afternoon we visit Cobh, the final port of call of the ill-fated Titanic and where maritime traditions date back centuries.

Sunday: After a truly memorable holiday we make our way to the airport for our return flight home.
