Q. Can I check the availability of my chosen holiday online?
A. Yes, you can find your chosen holiday using the search box on the Home page, or at the top of every page on the site. Simply input the tour title, found in all our brochures, and hit search.
Alternatively you can search using just one keyword, for example 'Christmas'.
Q. Can I book my holiday online? Is it safe and secure?
A. You can book many of our holidays online using our simple booking procedure which is completely safe and secure. Just work through the step by step process to book your holiday – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Q. What happens once I have booked?
A. When you have completed your booking and payment has been accepted, you will have the option to print out your booking details and you will receive an email confirmation. In addition to this,within three weeks of receiving you booking, we will also send you a Holiday Confirmation Invoice along with any Coach MilesTM you have earned.
Q. When do I need to pay the balance of my holiday?
A. Your Holiday Confirmation Invoice will clearly show the balance due and the latest date by which payment must be made. No reminders will be sent so please keep the invoice safe and make a special note of when the balance is to be paid.
Q. Do I need travel insurance?
A. It is a condition of booking a Grand UK Holidays booking confirmation that you have valid travel insurance. You can either purchase insurance through ourselves or elsewhere. If you purchase travel insurance through us on a UK mainland coach holiday, we will give you your money back in Holiday Vouchers, redeemable on future Grand UK Holidays. The value of the vouchers is determined by the premium paid for the policy and is subject to terms and conditions.
Q. Is there a limit on how much luggage I can take?
A. Due to the overall weight and space restrictions on vehicles, luggage is limited to one medium size suitcase per person. Luggage on aircraft or other carriers is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions, a copy of which can be sent to you on request.
Q. How do I let you know about my special requirements?
A. When you are making your booking online, there is an option for you to note any special requirements that you may have. Whilst we make every effort to meet your requirements, they are not guaranteed.
