A. Yes, you can find your chosen holiday using the search box on the Home page, or at the top of every page on the site. Simply input the tour title, found in all our brochures, and hit search.
Alternatively you can search using just one keyword, for example 'Christmas'.
A. If you’re unsure of how to search for a holiday on our website, here’s a little run through to help.
On the website homepage, there is a big search box – here you can choose:
• your type of holiday (or leave it as 'All Holidays')
• the destination
• the departure date (it’ll bring back holidays within 2 weeks each side of this date)
• you can enter your pick-up point by entering your postcode – you have to click the tick after you enter your postcode to select your pick-up point
• Now click ‘Search’ and it’ll return your holidays in date order.
From this list of holidays, you can change your search using the refinement menu along the top of the page, underneath the main image. You can narrow your selection further if you wish, change the dates or the holiday type. The choice is yours!
If you would just like to browse a type of holiday, there is a drop down menu from the navigation along the top, under ‘Holidays by Type’. Here you can go to dedicated pages for different types of holiday, including Coach, Festive, Ocean and River cruises! It’ll be in date order from nearest to today’s date. Again, you can refine this further with the refinement menu.
A. You can book many of our holidays online using our simple booking procedure which is completely safe and secure. Just work through the step by step process to book your holiday – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

A. When you have completed your booking and payment has been accepted, you will have the option to print out your booking details and you will receive an email confirmation. In addition to this,within three weeks of receiving you booking, we will also send you a Holiday Confirmation Invoice along with any Coach MilesTM you have earned.
A. Your Holiday Confirmation Invoice will clearly show the balance due and the latest date by which payment must be made. No reminders will be sent so please keep the invoice safe and make a special note of when the balance is to be paid.
A. It is a condition of booking a Grand UK Holidays booking confirmation that you have valid travel insurance. You can either purchase insurance through ourselves or elsewhere.
Our Price-Back Insurance offer means if you decide to purchase insurance with us for a Grand UK Holidays coach tour in England, Scotland or Wales, you will be entitled to a discount voucher, up to the value of £30 to use when you book your next Grand UK Holidays tour within 9 months of the voucher issue date. A. Due to the overall weight and space restrictions on vehicles, luggage is limited to one medium size suitcase per person. Luggage on aircraft or other carriers is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions, a copy of which can be sent to you on request.
