All prices exclude - Christmas , New Year, Easter and selected dates covering local events - please call us for details

Warwick Hotel - 4th September - 9th November. During the Illuminations our High Season rates will apply (minimum 2 nights)

Parkbury Hotel - Special Saver ferry rates available on application

Single rooms - Supplement may apply - check each hotel for details

Prices - All prices are quoted per person for the minimum nights shown and include VAT at 17.5%

Reservations - All advance bookings must be confirmed in writing to the hotel together with a £25 per person deposit which is non-refundable

Arrival and departure - Rooms are generally ready by 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask quests to vacate their rooms by 10am on the day of departure

Payment - We accept most major credit cards. Cheques can only be accepted with a valid bankers card

Restictions - We regret that we are unable to accept dogs (other than guide dogs by arrangement)

Non-Resident Meals - Visitors rates for meals: Breakfast from £10.50 and Dinner from £18.50

On-site Free Parking - Available in all our hotels except the County Kendal and the Grand Ash Llandudno where on-street parking is available nearby
